Jerry is doing well and continues to make progress at home with frequent visits from his care team and lots of help from Dianna. Daughter Brenda was able to spend a few weeks helping with the transition before returning to her home in Guam. Jerry enjoys having visitors, and he also likes to sit on his front porch to greet the passing neighbors.

Greetings Jerry and Diana.
You are in our prayers. Home is
wonderful, but continue all your therapy directions Jerry. I like your front porch neighborhood welcoming place! Diana, remember to take time to do something that gives you enjoyment as well.
Great to hear the Good news – God is Good ! ! Praise His Name ! !
Hello Jerry and Dianna, My heart is filled with joy to see you sitting around the table for a meal and I get a smile when I notice the handsome towel around Jerry’s neck. Since Ron had his stroke I sure do understand all the work and the tricks people in your circumstance go through to get through a day. Sounds like you are doing good, but I know it hasn’t come with sitting around waiting. If Jerry is anything like Ron in recovering from stroke he has spent endless time trying to retrain the brain to get the body functioning again and building strength. Ron gets exhausted from all that work, but it is paying off–he has come so far in the last year! I am very proud of him how he has worked. Everyday he takes a walk around our complex with his walker–walks a kilometer almost everyday. Who knows how it will all work in the winter, but we are working on Ron’s immigration so maybe one day we will be in the Walla Walla area where the kids can help us along. Looking forward to that day. Love to you both and prayers are with you, Sylvia
That is such wonderful news. Thank you Brenda for being there for the transition to home. You all are looking good. Wish I could come by and sit on the porch with you, Jerry, and greet the neighbors. Love you guys.
